There have been times in dealing with my RAD son that I didn't know what to do, what to say, or how to keep myself together. I am so grateful to the ADSG forum and all of you for being there for me. Sharing this song from my newly released album "Everchanging Tides" is my way of saying thank you.

I wrote this song "The Dark and Light" for my son, who has a way of always looking at the negative side of things. I want him to understand that he can choose how he sees things - and that his choices will influence the quality of his life. At the same time, I want him to know that when he has challenges he can also learn from them, to make his life better.
